Q: do you ship internationally?
at the moment we are only shipping within the US, but hopefully in the future we will have the option of shipping internationally!
Q: how much is shipping?
we have two shipping options, stamped and tracked. (depending on how many,) stickers will be shipped stamped (around $1.50). tracked package pricing varies depending on weight (around $3-$7).
Q: what payment methods do you use?
paypal, and credit cards are all accepted as a form of payment, just choose an option at check out!
Q: can i cancel my order?
yes you can as long as the order is not a pre order item. if you need to cancel your order, please email us ASAP.
Q: something is wrong with my order!
if there is a mistake with your order, please email us with pictures and a description of the error.
Q: i need to change my address
if you made a mistake inputting your address, just send us a DM, or for a quicker response, email us!
Q: do you have a combined shipping option?
yes this is an option, but you have to contact us ASAP. DM or email works fine, and then provide us with the orders you want to combine and we will refund you the money if you overpaid. :)

shipping time depends on where you live. we are located in southern california so we estimate shipping will take about a week.
processing time
if the items in your order are not pre-order items, it will usually take between 1-2 weeks. if the items are pre-order, it may take up to 3 weeks to process.
lost mail
once your order has been shipped, we take no responsibility if it is lost in transit, but we will try our best to help you find your package.
